Recipe: Multi-Seed Ham and Egg Sandwich

Loaded with good carbs and proteins, this multi-seed ham & egg sandwich is a good way to start the day.


  • BreadVillage Multi-Seed Bread (6g protein and 4g fiber per slice)
  • Eggs
  • Ham, Sliced
  • Shredded cheese of your choice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive oil or butter


  1. Prepare some scrambled eggs
  2. Brush outside of the sandwich with olive oil or butter.
  3. Layer cooked egg, ham, and shredded cheese in between
  4. Place the layered sandwich back in the pan and cook evenly on both sides until the cheese has melted. You can also heat up the sandwich in panini press or in an oven (approx. 10 min @ 350F)
