Recipe: Multi-Seed Avocado Sandwich with Cheese

Vegetarian's delight: This tasty sandwich is packed with good nutrients from seeds and avocado! 

● BreadVillage Multi-Seed Bread
● Avocado
● Tomato
● Mozzarella cheese
● Salt and pepper
● Olive oil

1. Spread olive oil onto outer sides of sandwich.
2. Layer smashed avocado slices, mozzarella and tomato slices into the sandwich. sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Place layered sandwich in preheated non-stick pan and cook evenly on both sides until the cheese has melted. You can also use a sandwich press or an oven (approx. 10 min @ 350F)
