Great!

I decided to try this because I have a gluten sensitivity and was told that bread from Germany has much less gluten. It is true. I can eat this bread with no side affects! The rye bread is the one I like the best!

German barb bread lover

I love the bread! I cut it in half and bake half a loaf at a time. I cover the sliced side only with foil when I bake it and we usually finish it in a couple of days. Therefore it’s always fresh with a crispy crust.
