Oh my, I’m in Heaven when this bread arrives! My father grew up in Germany and we always had rye bread in the house. Good rye is difficult to find in most American supermarkets and this Bauernbrot is a true treat. It makes superb, crunchy tasting toast with a haunting sourdough taste. Thanks!
