Good rolls

Better than anything I can buy in Maine. However, I'm really wanting a good, New York. "Jew" (no offense meant) hard roll.
When I lived in Connecticut we had them all the time.

Taste good but not authentic

I followed the instructions exactly, and ended up with a tasty roll, but it was not the same as the German Kaiserbroetchen that I enjoyed during my 9 years in Germany. I certainly would not stop anyone from buying them, just be aware that if you know Kaiserbroetchen, these will be different (heavier and denser, less crusty, almost more like bread from a loaf).
