I purchased a sampler and everything was absolutely delicious! I am German and always on the hunt for authentic German bakery goods. When you grow up with it, you really miss it. Thankfully, I don't need to search anymore. This is the real thing. Thank you!

Wonderful bread. I love that you can put it in the freezer and bake it as you need. I live in LA (lower Alabama) but was raised ln upstate NY. I haven't had great bread since left since I left, but this bread is as close as I have found to the wonderful Italian bread I grew up eating
