Farmer’s bread and Laugen Wecken

My bread came earlier than expected and in good condition. I’ve tried the country and seeded bread but my favorite is the farmer’s bread for sure. Still waiting for Laugen Bretzel to be offered again but the Bretzel buns will do for now…can you believe I ate four of them right away?

Review of the farmers bread

The bread arrived a day early and was in good condition. After I started with two slices I could not stop. Within 3 days this bread was gone and enjoyed every bite if it. It did not matter breakfast with jam or later with cheese or liverwurst, it was delicious.

The real deal

The bread arrived on time, fresh, and in good condition. How they can bake the bread and have it arrive on the US West Coast is a real trick. Keep in mind this is a pumpernickel style bread. I like it with sardines.
