After my friends who travel to Europe kept reporting that their blood sugar does not rise, nor their blood pressure, when they eat whatever they want in Europe, I decided that grains are at least a part of the reason why. I did a search, something like "Bread made with healthy grains that I can order online." Wow! Bread Village appeared. I was so surprised that you offered bread with just a few ingredients -- and that I could ofted receive my order in five days! I've been eating your German Multi-Seed Bread for several months now and telling my friends about it. It's delicious and more of a pleasure to eat than bread in stores that uses 25-30 ingredients. Not ten minutes ago I ate two toasted slices with peanut butter and a cranberry compote I make myself. Nutrients surge! And I now look at bread in a new way -- as something healthy and enjoyable and, amazingly, available for extremely generous prices. All the way from Germany to the Pacific NW, Seattle Area.
