Multi Seed is Tops

I really enjoy eating both the Country Bread and Farmers Bread but the Multi Seed is definitely my favorite. I prefer a hard crust on my bread so prior to baking the loaves I brush them with some water. The flavor and texture of the seeds adds a lot to the multi seed loaf. I also like to slice the bread in various orientations to get larger slices than the conventional cut across the width of the loaf. All I need now is a bread box that is worthy of storing these gems.
