Roggenbroetchen are my favorite and these are a decent Roggenbroetchen. So glad they're back!!

Great Broetchen

When I was in the Army the nearest town to my house was a little town called Harxiem. Every Saturday morning I would go to town and buy a dozen broetchen and a loaf of sweet bread. I don't know the real name of the bread. I wish I did! These broetchen bring back that memory every time. Thank you.

German Rolls in LA

Echte Brötchen. Schmecken wie zuhause in Deutschland. Wichtig ist allerdings, dass der Ofen auf 400 Grad vorgeheizt wird, sonst schmecken die Brötchen tatsächlich "teigig" oder doey, wie sich jemand hier beschwerte. If you pre-heat the oven (Toaster oven in my case) to 400 they don't taste doey. At 350 they actually do. Love them. Also the country bread is amazing. Excellent! Will order again after the Sommerpause.
