Best German bread right after my Grandfather

Grew up in Germany, my Grandfather ran an amazing bakery and Grandma ran a grocery store. Grandfather baked Brötchen and several breads and rolls fresh each morning. Cakes and fruit cakes for Sunday afternoon get togethers for family and friends. Fond memories! Your bread comes close but not as Grandfathers. You might try baking Brötchen as well better than you are advertising. Will continue buying this bead!

Great bread

We enjoyed the bread. It brought back memories from my childhood growing up in Germany. My mother always bought this kind of bread from the local bakery. I do wish you still had broetchen which I always ordered and don’t see in the menu anymore.
