This bread is sooo good! I love it!

What a wonderful bread

I love all breads from "Breadvillage" but the country bread has a special place. The dough is lighter, and after baking the bread up it has the crunchy outer crust and a light inner consistency. Perfect for marmalade for example. I grew up in Germany and this bread (plus the multigrain) are life-savers, or at least taste savers. This is on my constant re-order list.
