Super good bread

This is the third time that I bought bread from BreadVillage, this time a variation of different ones. They are in the freezer right now and I am looking forward to taste them. This will be the source of bread for me in the future.

My friends loved it.

I had read about the non-GMO wheat and the slow rising process that typically eat up all the gluten. So I thought maybe that might work from me. Many people tell me that I could probably eat the bread from Europe. However, that did not work for me. I had severe gastric pain following eating one piece. Sooooo I took the loaves to work and all my wheat eating friends LOVED IT!.

Great bread
